Cignobianco is the interpretation of perfect espresso by Gardelli: creamy, sweet, with a long finish and pleasant acidity. The cup is full of chocolate sweetness, notes of almonds, yellow plums, and caramel.

You may achieve that with Arabica beans from specialty range. Fresh beans are roasted separately and blended on the end.
