We recommend chocolate made from Hispaniola beans from the Dominican Republic with the addition of candied Ginger. Hispaniola beans (representing only 4% of production in the Dominican Republic) gives the chocolate its unique character. Its fruity note with a clearly perceptible hint of citrus perfectly combines with the intense aroma of ginger.
